What happens once I Submit My Order ?
Your order will be dispatched within 72 hours of receipt via your chosen delivery method. The order will be shipped in a plain package, with no declarations. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure compliance with any customs formalities or similar in your country of residence. Experience has shown that delivery is normally within 5 - 10 working days, however some destinations may take up to 21 days due to local infrastructure.

We ship with registered Airmail
To ensure a degree of security. Requires the customer to sign for receipt at your local post office. There is no charge for this service. You can track your shipment with the trackingnumber you get from us once the shipment is sent.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. If your order was damaged during shipping, please return the goods, for prompt replacement.

Should I have a prescription to order from you?
No, you need not. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your vet before giving a medication to a horse. Once you order you state that you are entitled to import the meds into your country and if your customs department seizes a shipment you are responsible for that. We cannot know exactly which countries around the world that accept import of equine drugs. If you are uncertain please contact your local customs department for advice.
Can I Return My Medication for A Refund ?

The orders are shipped to almost all countries of the world, for the exception of some countries in Asia.
Where the drugs are sent from?
The medications are manufactured in Asia, Australia, US, Canada, Europe and the orders are processed and sent out from one of these regions. |
